Had a golf umbrella for several years and all of a sudden the tips holding the material taut when opened up started cracking.just got a brand new umbrella from them today. Outstanding customer service and backing up their product!
I ordered one of Hass-Jordan's large golf umbrellas. Loved it and used it offten. It suffered a mechanical failure so I returned it with my proof of purchase information. They replaced it with no questions asked. I had heard they had great customer service, and now I have experienced it first hand.
