PTL Builders was founded in 1979 by brothers Wayne and Doug Dibert. Wayne and Doug continue to work and live in the Bedford area and have proudly grown their company over the last 40 years to the successful company it is today. PTL Builders employs our area's most talented craftsmen and craftswomen to continue to lead the way in the remodeling and building industry.
