What is an egress window and why do I need one?
Egress windows provide safe emergency exits from basements. Michigan building codes require them for habitable basement spaces to ensure fire escape routes and natural light access.
How long does installation take?
Most egress window installations complete in one day, including all exterior and interior work. Larger projects or multiple installations typically require two days with guaranteed cleanup at each stage.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we maintain full insurance coverage and licensing compliance. Our specialized focus on egress systems ensures proper credentials for all regulatory requirements in Michigan jurisdictions.
Do you offer warranties?
We stand by our work with comprehensive warranties covering both materials and installation. All manufacturer warranties apply, and our workmanship guarantee ensures complete customer satisfaction.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve all Southeastern Michigan communities including Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, and Livingston counties. Our service area covers major cities from Livonia to Rochester Hills and surrounding townships.
How do you handle landscaping?
We protect existing landscaping during installation and complete full restoration afterward. This includes grass repair, shrub replanting, gutter relocation, and complete debris removal to leave properties in original condition.
