Custom Weed & Spray was founded in 1983. One of the founders worked with Donald Kibner at the Arizona National Guard and sold the company to him in 1994. During his college years, Donald's son Ryan learned the business and helped run the company. 2005 Ryan returned and expanded the company from 2 trucks and trailers to a large fleet of trucks and equipment. He subsequently added the Pest Control division and recently teamed up with Tree ge USA to provide arborist consulation and fertilization services.
