This place is deceiving. They tell you the prices are lower (but do not mention the conditions of the swingsets) when they tell you that. Someone told me there was multiple swingsets (of the exact kind I was looking for) at the $1300 price. When I got there, there was only one at the $1300 price and it needed to be restained. No one mentioned that until I got there and then tried to get my to buy the nicer one that was $1900.
Our playset canopy was destroyed in a storm back in April. We finally have a replacement.3 months later. They sent multiple wrong sizes after repeatedly telling me they knew exactly what we needed. Each time I would email and call after realizing the canopy didn't fit. It took days to receive a response and weeks between attempts to replace it.
