We have done extensive market research on what holds potential clients back from large-scale home renovations. Many simply do not know where to begin. Many said they could not picture how the new space will look. Many are afraid the project will take much longer than the firm predicts and will be far more expensive than what the firm estimates. Many have heard friends say that they were happy with the product, but could never get the firm to come back and take care of the small yet pesky touch-ups.
This split level reimagined project is one of our favorites. From the large scale casement windows and custom exterior color. It was important to the clients for the home to feel properly scaled and massed to the neighborhood. What do you guys think?

We love finding charm in ordinary places like this beautiful staircase. Believe it not, this staircase was a new addition to this home built in 1879! The shiplapped walls, the way the windows bring in the natural light, every little intricacy of this everyday space makes it anything but ordinary.
We love being able to reuse or repurpose materials from original homes. The bench in this new mudroom was crafted from a downed tree salvaged off the property. It fits in perfectly with the floor to ceiling windows bringing in all that natural light.
