Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered an almanac with free access to online price guides on June 18. I am still waiting for the access! I have spoken to customer service twice and emailed once. All 3 times I was told the problem would be fixed in 24 to 48 hours. The last contact was 3 days ago and I am still waiting.
Travelled down to Dallas, TX this past weekend from Kansas City to attend the Beckett Media Card Show and it was well worth the trip! Submitted 26 cards for 10-day grading service (BGS). Also, turned in 22 items for authentication (BAS) which they completed on-site there! While waiting for collectibles/ memorabilia to get authenticated, we were able to go visit approximately 10 vendor tables during the interim. They also had Beckett Radio recording live at the show which included several guests, vendors & Beckett staff. All in all, we received excellent service from knowledgeable and courteous Beckett staff! Thank you for the enjoyable experience - hope this becomes an annual event!
