JDC Roofing was founded in 2003 by Jim Dalton, whose experience as a Roofing Contractor began in 1992 with The Bonitz Co. of Carolina. We hold a North Carolina Unlimited License #74753 in General Construction. We specialize in Slate, Tile and Copper. We have completed many notable installations in the The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, Biltmore Forest, Biltmore Estate, Linville Ridge, Lake Norman, Mountain Aire and Lake Toxaway as well as many monumental residences throughout the region. We excel in Historic Restoration, having recently completed the exterior restoration as General Contractor for the 120 year old All Souls Cathedral in Biltmore Village.
