Owner Rick Batton is a fourth-generation home builder who grew up learning the business; his great-grandfather founded F.C. Batton & Son in 1902, and his father and grandfather incorporated the company in 1953. Today, Rick is joined by his son Kyle and other family members along with a loyal team of employees and subcontractors, dedicated to providing award-winning service to home and business owners in Baltimore, Harford, Howard and Anne Arundel counties, as well as on Maryland's Eastern Shore area of the Chesapeake Bay.
Our company has been at the forefront of new home construction, additions and renovations in Baltimore since 1902. Current owner Rick Batton was born and raised in Towson, MD and reared in the home building trade; he has worked for the business since returning to Towson in 1979 from college in New England. Rick's son Kyle has continued the tradition of working for the family business. This fourth and fifth generation are still modeling their home construction business on the success of their predecessors.
