The 5 isn't from me. anyway I don't think so. I'm not convinced the machine is doing anything other flashing lights and making noise. I have never smelled any Ozone that many folks complain about. So, is it really doing any good? The filter and check valves look and smell no different than the new ones I just installed. Also appears that the signal to replace parts is based upon a timer as opposed to some kind of sensor saying that they need to be replaced.
I absolutely love my Soclean! I rarely get sick anymore like I used to and the comfort of knowing my cpap gear is thoroughly cleaned is definitely worth it. Going on 2 years now and never missed a day of cleaning and hopefully 'she' keeps going for many more years to come (touchwood haha). Can't recommend the machine highly enough!
I like the concept and knowing that my machine and mask are getting clean but after 2 months of use, the smell it has after it cleanse it is almost unbearable. It makes my stomach nauseous, it's so strong. I only use the 7 min cleaner and that helps but I really wish that the putrid smell was not there. My mouth guard cleaner uses the concept to clean and it has no horrible order. Please work on this or give some insight o how to correct this. Maybe a different style filter etc! Thanks
