After over 30 years of experience in Sumter and surrounding areas, Glenn Evans has moved his custom home building company Evans Construction to the beautiful Low Country of South Carolina, specifically Beaufort. Changing the name of the business to Paradise Point Construction to reflect their own feeling on the area, Glenn and his wife, Jenny, plan to encompass all that the Low Country has to offer in their construction and design. They have fallen in love with this area and are excited to have an opportunity to do your next project.

This home at Rosehill in Bluffton, S.C. had a lot of possibilities, and we're thrilled to have given this beautiful property a unique and elegant renovation, allowing the home to reach its full potential. We started outside first. Curb appeal is always a top priority, so we redesigned the landscaping to be inviting while also giving a hint of what would be revealed once inside. The interior of the home was given a fresh new look with cool tones for a classic style to stand the test of time. We installed new pristine hardwood floors throughout the home to reinforce a warm and welcoming feeling.
