Construction is underway on the new Harbor Plaza Metropolitan Market located in Gig Harbor. The facade construction should be complete by the end of February, and the tenant improvement will start immediately following. The Helix team worked on the design for this project and is excited to see it completed soon!
Phase 1 of the BJ's Bingo addition is nearly complete! This is the first of several phases our team is working on to expand the facility. Future work includes restaurants, bars, and added gaming.
Construction was recently completed for the new 9,145 SF city hall and court facility for the City of Orting. The facility brings together multiple city departments that were previously located in multiple buildings. We are honored to have provided our services to this project.
