I soon acquired an entry-level position with a reputable builder in the Lake Norman area. It was there that I began to learn the business "literally" from the ground up. Over the years I worked my way up through the ranks from sweeping out new construction, to punch carpenter and Project Manager, then finally Senior Project Manager. While learning the business in this fashion, I gathered invaluable experience, and a unique perspective from the client's point of view. My desire to guide future home owners through the creative process of building a custom home led me to the natural progression of becoming professionally involved in the industry by establishing my own company.
