Our History of Bruce's General Construction Inc. Bruce Broussard founded Bruce's General Construction Inc. in Beaumont, Texas in 1988. What began as a small, family-run residential contractor would eventually grow into one of the top general building contractors in the area. The years following, Bruce's built and opened a new 6,000 sq. Member of the Better Business Bureau since 2000. The Associated General Contractors of America(AGC), Associated General Contractors of Southeast Texas (AGC of SETX) and board member serving 2nd year.
