By providing Construction Management, Imperial Builders is involved in all phases of construction from pre-construction to contract close. The owner/developer is encouraged to be involved and work with the Imperial Builders team to identify design priorities, funding, and approve change orders. The Imperial Builders Construction Management team is available to advise and assist with the architect, engineer, and contractor selections. Cost estimates, master schedule, bid package, procurement, permits, project and safety management, on-going reporting, and post-construction follow-up are also provided.
Imperial Builders offers Design-Build. This type contract offers architecture, engineering, and construction services. The Imperial Builders team works together to provide outstanding design, evaluate materials, gage efficiency (time is money), and calculate costs. Once the design phase is complete packages are created to obtain bids and hire contractors. Schedules are prepared and the on-site project management team is selected. With Imperial Builders providing a turnkey project they can reduce bidding time (construction and design bidding can overlap) and expedite a completion date.
