The Grand Design, LLC specializes in complete high-end condominium and home remodeling. We offer experienced construction management services for all types and phases of residential construction and remodeling. From small partial remodels and repairs to large full-scale remodels and additions, we work with a team of Maui's finest designers and subcontractors to deliver the highest quality results. In August of 2012, we did a complete teardown and remodel of our three-bedroom, two bath condo at the Menehune Shores condo complex in Kihei.
