This Wailuku residence was very close to getting siding and window trim wood rot due to lack of maintenance. CCF Maui Construction came to the rescue! Pressure wash, deep clean, caulking all cracks, prime, and spray on two coats of finish paint. To beautify this home we replaced the roof, installed hurricane clips, reinforce the roof trusses, installed gable-end vents (to keep the attic cool), repair windows and doors, reroof, and repaint the exterior with Sherwin Williams Superpaint. All our work was warrantied for 5 years.

We can also fabricate any style cabinet - we've recently acquired a CNC router to cut and shape our cabinet parts in just a few hours using the computer assisted machinery.

CCF Maui Construction specializes in Steel Buildings and warehouses repair or refurbish, together with interior tenant improvements for office space, restaurants and retail stores. We work with commercial plumbers, electricians, and HVAC experienced contractors, together with licensed architects and engineers for the commercial space design and infrastructure calculations. For the interior, we gave the 3,000 SF office space a face lift remodeling the 2 bathrooms making them ADA compliant.
