Report
We have tried reaching out to our on going issue resolved and never get a return call or email. We had an air conditioning unit installed 4 years ago and have had to have Doug come and add to it one a year this year it was twice we were told installing a new unit would solve this issue. And here we are today, twice this year he has had to come out so we had to call the original installers from when it was built and we were told this installation was improperly done and we have a leak from it. We have tried to get Marks to rectify this situation and cant seem to get a return phone call or email!
