With highly trained technicians, the latest equipment, and a proven project management system to support our high quality services, we complete projects on time and within your budget. Our professional partnerships with related engineering specialties give complete and thorough support to the projects. We have two offices in the Pittsburgh area to serve our clients.

Hampton Technical Services, Inc. is now offering 3D laser scanning that provides accurate and detailed exterior and interior retail survey documentation for designers, architects, engineers, builders and real estate professionals. 3D laser scanning technology is rapidly becoming the industry standard for compiling the spatial data required to document complex and unusual retail structures. The created scanned "Point Clouds" can be referenced time and time again by the design team for varioususes including the generation of site plans, elevations, floor plans, ceiling plans, mechanical/electrical layouts, inventory documentation and full 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) recreation.

The HTA Landscape Architecture team incorporates the planning and design of both natural and built environments into our projects to enhance the lives of people in their work and home surroundings. HTA's project experience ranges from large scale planning to complex urban infill projects. Our Landscape Architecture team works closely with other HTA departments to ensure that site design elements are maintained throughout the construction phase of a project. We act as the primary liaison when obtaining the necessary permits from various local, state and federal agencies for our clients.

Architectural companies are now employing unmanned aircraft system or "UASs" to provide a bird's-eye photographic and video documentation of land, homes and commercial properties. Architects currently now have the ability to view their commercial and residential projects from any angle or elevation during the planning, design and construction phases.

This project involves rendering a fuel tank with specific dimensional requirements set forth by the client to send to fabrication shops for bid and manufacturing.

Unmanned aircraft system or "UASs" are changing the way construction companies do business. Contractors are increasingly using camera-mounted UASs to monitor their construction activities. Drones can be used for site selection, surveying, remote inspection and site monitoring. These devices provide a way to obtain real-time project data on job progress and can identify potential hazards, safety or quality issues. The larger the construction site the more helpful UASs can be in monitoring the project.
