Had my grout repaired by the Albuquerque, NM Grout Doctor. Grout is now cracking, so I thought to use the 6 month warranty offered. The NM office is now out of business, and I have not received a response to my numerous inquiries from the main Grout Doctor office. Buyer beware, I guess. My next step will be to contact our local Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.
The Grout Doctor (Laguna Niguel office - owner Elvin Jenkins) cleaned, regrouted and caulked two of my showers and tub. He did an outstanding job and both showers look like new. They were professional and cleaned up after. I would definitely use them again!
