We had a heat pump installed mid November of this year. We had spoken to a few friends who had them installed, and were quite happy with the product. We had two gentleman come out for the installation. Matt was was of the installers, and I believe the other one might have been Brett. I remember Matt more because he did the work inside the house. He was friendly, courteous, and informative. Took time to answer all my questions, and made sure we were comfortable with how the heat pump worked before leaving.

Shines Energy installed a new Lennox heat pump for us the first week of November. The installation team were awesome, explaining everything as they went and spent time with me making sure I was comfortable with how to operate the remotes. And then let me tell you about Cori in their office.she was amazingly efficient, and even called me the next day to be sure everything was fine. she sent off the Costco paperwork for their rebate and emailed me all the information I needed inorder to apply for the NS Efficiency rebate.

Even the salesman Ed H. was great, he did not pressure us and did not exaggerate what this heatpump could do! This heat pump was installed to replace one we had for a few years, and the heat from this Lennox is so consistent, we just set it and walk away, where we were constantly adjusting the heat on our old heat pump. I would recommend anyone thinking of getting a heatpump to contact Shines and have a Lennox installed.

Truly was surprised by how knowledgeable the sales agent was. I had estimates from 3 other companies and not only was his the most comprehensive but low key and informative. He suggested an alternate installation locaction and I trusted him. The crew were fantastic, especially their electrician. They showed up in time and the job without any fuss or bother. Afterwards, they took to time to explain it worked to ensure I was happy.

I have been ever since, especially with the air conditioning. I am so glad Costco trusts you to install their Lennox products and there is no doubt in my mind that you deserve a 5 Star Rating.
