Worst customer service ever. We started our project with Clearwater Oasis. They won't return our calls and WEEKS have gone by since we heard back from them. An update would be nice but instead we're being blown off.
Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The salespeople didn't try to force their products on us. In fact, they offered alternative solutions and suggestions for our problems that were outside their line of products. We highly recommend Clearwater Oasis any time you are in the area.
Years ago I bought a home with an unground pool. I'd had a pool before but it was the kind you took down every year. The bank would not allow me to treat the pool until it was mine. By then hot weather and a solar blanket left me with a beautiful "cough cough" shamrock green pool. I tried valiantly to shock and chlorinate it. I failed. So I called Reid. Frustrated and defeated as I was, poor Reid, even after a long hot day came by to assess. Reid came back the next morning and saved the day. It took a few days and a lot of back washing of the filter but my dark green pool was crystal blue! He has rescued me many times over the years. Motor parts dying and a new sand filter. I owe my beautiful pool to him. The store clerk will always test my water with a smile and give me everything I need to keep it beautiful. I know if I lose the battle and it should start to look murky I can trust 100% Dr. Reid will fix me right back up. His prices are great, his service is amazing and he really is one of the best guys I know. I am thankful for the day I called and the friendship I've built over the years. Btw. My pool looks awesome year after year and Reid has taught me how to stay on top of it! Thanks Reid! You are number 1 in my book!
