I was very satisfied with Eric and how professional he was. He fixed my furnace in a timely fashion in spite of the fact that they original service person called in sick. I was bummed that he was unable to look at our second furnace like I asked when I made the request, but I do understand that he was slammed with with. Highly recommend.

Shawn is the best service pro at J.K. Mechanical. He is courteous and friendly while being efficient and proficient. We've had several other team members in the past but we now request Shawn.he's the best. (I hesitate to say that because I want to make sure he's not too busy to handle our needs!)
