If your concrete is sinking we can Raise It. Our process also known as "mudjacking" involves drilling a series of small strategically placed 1" holes through the top of the concrete in affected area. We then pump our leveling compound through the holes, filling the void and safely raising the concrete. Through this process we able remove trip edges and provide proper water fall. After the concrete is raised, we then patch the holes with concrete, leaving you almost full access to your concrete within minutes.

At CLI Concrete Leveling, we use helical or push piers to raise and stabilize your sinking foundation. Helical piers are drilled into the ground until a required amount of torque is achieved. This determines how much weight the ground will hold. A push pier (also known as steel piers) system uses the weight of the structure to push the pipe to the point of refusal or the structure begins to lift. The capacity is then calculated by the force used to push the pipe. After the steel pier is installed the process is the same for both systems.

CLI Concrete Leveling offers 2 basic ways of waterproofing. First and our preferred method, exterior waterproofing. This process involves excavation on the exterior of the wall down to bottom of the footings. New Drain tile is installed encased in a clean drainable stone. The wall is then prepped for the water barrier which can be 1 of many different things depending on the situation. We install either a 20 mil.
