Leon had humble beginnings in the construction trade, setting up LAD Contracting out of his childhood home on Pittsburgh's South Side in the late 1970s. In 1985, his business grew into custom home building and became LAD Construction Company, Inc., a consecutive Housing Excellence Award Winning firm. Our company's more than 40 years of experience in the Pittsburgh area means that we are very familiar with current local building codes, municipal laws, and permit requirements. LAD Construction Company's decades of custom home building also have taught us best practices for excavating a property, boosting energy efficiency, and coming up with creative ideas for unique, custom homes on all kinds of lots.

LAD Construction Company predominantly works on new custom home projects, but we also offer custom residential renovations and additions.
