Called them between 10 and 11 am this morning because my alarm is cannot be reprogrammed after yesterday's hail and snow storm. Every time I walk in the house, the alarm screams at me. "The technician will call you back in a few minutes." At 4:20 I call back. Then I get a return call, and they can do nothing except come out Friday to fix things unless I pay travel + $142/hour.
