We told him exactly what we wanted and he discussed a few idea of his own as well. That same night, we received his quote and thought it was very reasonable for what we wanted. We also really liked him and had a good feeling about his company. Therefore we signed the contract and we are sooooo glad we did! It's been three weeks since we signed and the work is done.
