Brian and his team removed and cleaned garbage bags full of lint and even had to break up solid pieces of wet lint to get it cleared out. Ten years of neglect. They were great! Brian and Matt came to my home and were polite. They found mold in our system and continued cleaning even though they don't remove mold. The techs broke one of my vents, a remote control car and a bed rail that keeps my granddaughter from falling out of bed and placed a bed back against the wall and sat it down on top of a PS3 that was under the bed. I found dirt balls in several of the vents that didn't make it into the giant vacuum. Even though they came to my home twice because of a miscommunicatio n when I called and spoke to Tom in the office he put Boota on the phone who was rude when I tried to explain the situation to him and when I asked for the owner's name he said that I didn't need it and when I insisted he said his wife owns the business and is never there. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone in the future nor will I have them back to do anymore work at my home. We paid over $500 for this service and I think we over paid.
