ERS is a top notch company who cares about their customers. They went above and beyond my expectations. Their price was fair and their work proved to be exceptional. Hepa vacuums were used to remove foul air and everything was cleaned up after they were finished. I had been ripped off by another company who claimed to encapsulate the mold in my crawlspace but I continued to have awful odors that the other company did not fix.
So I was not very trusting to begin with, but ERS treated me like family. The representative and workers addressed my concerns with patience. They sprayed all mold, removed it, and treated the wood with sealant spray to prevent it returning to the treated areas. Their representative, Ryan, spent hours of his own time tracking down every little spot of mold he could find to be sure it was all gone.
He also made suggestions to help prevent the problem from returning again. The odor is finally gone and I am not having the allergy reactions I suffered with before. Thank you ERS for a job well done and for the attention Ryan and your company provided.

I would DEFINITELY recommend ERS. They are certified Professionals (believe me, I had them show me the certificates and credentials) They have provided excellent services. And they are very detailed oriented and very good at follow-up. Renee in particular is a definite go to person. You will not be disappointed

Extremely prompt and professional. I had a pipe freeze and there was a huge snowstorm but they worked me in their schedule and started the drying process quickly. I've used Roto-Rooter in the past and my experience with Emergency Restoration Services was immensely better. Even though they are smaller- they were able to walk me through the process every step of the way instead of just doing a bunch of work to bill my insurance the way the other company did. Hire them!
