Think twice before using this company. Horrible and stressful experience. Bad communication. Hidden costs. Poor customer service. Poorly managed operation. The job was never completed as promised. Lack of communication and no call backs from the technicians, subcontractor, or the manager Jacob. As a result, making my water damage worse than it should be. Hidden costs in my invoice included gloves, rags, Fire retardant, plastic, and atrocious "overtime" hours. The materials noted above were not used and the hours billed were inflated. Also, the technicians do not disclose they bill you daily for equipment. So when you call for them to pick it up and don't call you back you are unfairly charged. When I questioned the manager about the hidden costs he became irate and with no callback. Please be careful before using this company. Poor business practices! Inept and unprofessional management!
