Report
They replaced my gas furnace, toilet and water valve and truly did a great job. When the a/c started to act up, I called them. However, they NEVER showed up. This is me calling for 3 days straight in the middle of July heat! I spoke to the customer service who assured me reach time someone was coming over. It NEVER happened. I couldn't believe how the service request for a/c was drastically different than when I had then replace my furnace. I ended up going with someone else. No, I can't give them another chance after being left high and dry like that.

I had central air installed in an old Arlington house. A Ductless was installed in a room that was added to the house and not accessible to installing duct work. Bobby Marwah, along with Richard and Guillermo, planned and executed an installation that seemed impossible. I am very happy with the expertise shown at all stages of the project. I would highly recommend this team for any person interested in Heating and Air conditioning work. Thank you for your professionalism at all stages of the project.

I have been using McCarthy Svs for a number of years and I am always pleased and confident in their services. Henry R is a great technician and, fortunately, is slim enough to get behind my furnace to change the Aprilaire filter which another co. Placed in a ridiculous position. Henry gave me a few recommendations in a professional and non-pushy fashion. Mc Carthy has never recommended anything that was not a true issue. I highly recommend them and big applause to Henry R!
