Don't know what to say about this company. They installed a water heater for us 4 years ago. Everything went perfectly from the owner responding to my call on a weekend, to the installation. Couldn't have been happier. Fast forward a few years. They repaired a cracked hose bib and actually tried to install an obviously busted wheel handle, and unless you turn it off so tight that you strain your arm, it drips. The plumber who did it put on a new wheel handle and gave me a story of how parts aren't made like they used to be blah, blah, blah. mmhmm. Most recently we had an issue with the most expensive part on the hot water heater, for which we had no hot water. No one responded to my 2 calls. Because maybe, warranty work isn't worth it? O'Quinns uses a call service for all their calls, and they definitely seem to hide behind it. Good luck.
