Jim Dickerson Company is a family owned and operated business serving the Charlotte and surrounding areas. Jim, a Charlotte native, learned the plumbing trade from his father-in-law, Chester H. Creed, and worked with him for many years before starting his own company. Jim, along with his wife Judy, formed Jim Dickerson Plumbing in 1977. What began as a one truck operation has grown steadily over the years, and today we have a large fleet of service vehicles ready to serve you. Over the years, due to customer demand, we added Electrical and Heating and Air divisions to our company.

When it comes to Heating and Air Conditioning, you have to be especially careful when choosing a contractor. We've heard tales of unscrupulous contractors preying on unsuspecting homeowners. They often use a low diagnostic fee to get their foot in the door. Once there, they try to use high-pressure sales tactics to persuade the homeowner that they need a complete unit replacement. We try to always repair a customer's equipment first. If a unit is beginning to age, we will present to the homeowner the options of either repairing the existing equipment or replacing with new equipment.
