Potentiel renters beware. These guys will stiff you. Rented a house for 7 years and left it just the way it was when we moved in. My wife and I are both professionals in the community and I think anyone that knows us would say we are clean and honest. Hignell didn't return our deposit and then sent me a bill for $20k after we moved out. This is after we cleaned and painted. Don't rent from them.
These people are useless! Wasted 90 bucks for nothing. I waited almost 2 months and they finally had a place that I wanted to view, called them for a showing, scheduled it for Monday they called and said it wasn't ready so they moved up the schedule till Friday.? i waited 4 days called them back Friday morning b4 11 and they said it's rented out already! What? Reallly? Than why even schedule a showing. I don't recommend this management. there useless
