Bay Plumbing came recommended by my plumber (Anytime Plumbing) and I am so happy I visited! We just needed a new kitchen faucet and Noel (spelling?) was very kind and helpful. I gave him my budget and desired brand and he walked me through the options. He was patient and understanding of my needs. We are so happy with our new faucet! It's beautiful and the functionality is perfect.

I loved my recent experience in working with Jill. She made the entire process easy and didn't seem to mind taking the time to price out items and to help me out. She was able to offer us a fair price so I will be going back for our steam system and second shower soon. As stressful as renovating can be it was wonderful to work with such a calm and friendly person. Thank you!

I know very little about plumbing so I wasn't sure if I would be able to do a small DIY plumbing project by myself or if I would need to pay a professional plumber to do it.
I went to a couple of other plumbing stores first and neither of them were able to help me figure out what I needed to get my project done. Then a plumber told me that I could find the parts I needed at Bay Plumbing.
Daniel at Bay Plumbing was super helpful. I would have never been able to figure out what parts I would need to do the job. Daniel helped me to figure out what parts I would need and showed me how to install them.
My plumbing project was a success and Bay Plumbing even let me return the parts that I didn't end up using.

There are so many reasons to work with Bay Plumbing, starting with the knowledgeable and pleasant staff. In my Interior Design business, I work on a lot of bathroom and kitchen remodels and the scope of product information the staff of Bay has is so helpful. Sometimes I know generally what I am looking for but not completely and staff has perfect suggestions, steering me toward exactly what I need for my clients.
They have a great selection of brands and lines to choose from. This includes not only sink and shower hardware but also the sinks and tubs themselves, and accessories like bath bars, door hardware, and drains as well.
And another important reason for me: Bay has my back--anytime there is an issue, a missing part, anything at all, they are IMMEDIATELY helpful, knowing how important it is for a job to stay on schedule. They will do what needs to be done to keep things moving which makes me and my clients very happy!

Worst customer service EVER! Your chick that answers the phone sounded stuck up and snooty then she passes me on to another lady that couldn't give a rough estimate price even with me detailing exactly what I need dimentions and all. Tell you what I would've done. I woulda not been a lazy ass and grabbed a tape measure and not got off the phone til I helped said customer. Of you're not happy doing your job why are you there? I may be a smaller contractor guy but you lost my business that's for sure.
