Had an issue with the pipes being plugged. Called and was told someone would be there between 1-3 pm. He showed up at 1:10. Zac was great. My pipes were flowing freely within the hour.
I've used other plumbers but have found that Steve Silva Plumbing has the friendliest phone staff and the most timely, courteous, and helpful employees that they send to my home. What stands out is that when an error or accident happens (and they do.it can happen to anyone) they own up to what happened and take care of it right away.somethin g that none of the others ever did. Because of the great service I've received at home I also have my employer using them when we need service at the office. I've had most of my experiences with Zac and John and really appreciate how great they have been.
Plumber John arrived right on time, did an excellent job, and was very charming. Price was exactly as quoted, and very reasonable! Will call, again, when needed!
