Since 1995, Construction One has been a trusted name in the construction industry, delivering high-quality remodeling and construction services across the Greater Eastside of Washington. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our use of premium materials, competitive pricing, and personalized approach to every project. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, owner Pavel Mihaiuc ensures direct oversight on every job site, maintaining our reputation for master craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, deck and fence construction, and complete interior/exterior renovations for both residential and commercial properties. As a fully insured and bonded contractor, we prioritize timely completion, budget adherence, and transparent communication.

Our competitive pricing strategy stems from operational efficiency and eliminating sales representatives, allowing us to pass savings directly to clients. From initial design to final execution, we focus on transforming client visions into reality while maintaining structural integrity and aesthetic value. Our portfolio showcases expertise in composite decking, cedar installations, privacy screens, and custom outdoor living spaces. We offer comprehensive services including permit acquisition, lighting systems, and specialized features like under-deck drainage and outdoor kitchens. Backed by warranties and a proven track record, we remain dedicated to exceeding client expectations through meticulous attention to detail and innovative solutions.
