We are currently NOT hiring paid positions, however, feel free to submit an application for future openings. We are currently taking on job shadow/intern positions. These positions are unpaid, but a great way for young individuals to gain experience and see if the electrical trade interests them. We also use this as a recruiting tool for future hiring. Located in Davenport, Iowa, 12 Stones Electric has been serving the Quad Cities and surrounding area with the best in electrical work. Whether for a home or business, we want to be your electrician!
Who are we? 12 Stones Electric is owned and operated by master electrician Dan Hankner who lives in Davenport, Iowa with his amazing wife Megan and two wonderful little monsters - Macy and Charlee. How did we get started? I started my apprenticeship straight out of high school. I served my 5 years and 10,000 hours OJT as an apprentice under some excellent electricians while I spent my nights in class. However, only a few months after I passed my test and became a licensed Journeyman, the company I was working for went bankrupt, and I found myself newly married and without a job.
Dan and his team are efficient, friendly and prepared to whatever the job is! I've had them work on 2 of my homes and I have been extremely satisfied.
Came in, gave a quote for half the price of the others I had gotten, and knew how to fix half the things without even opening anything up. Explained everything as they went and looked out for other stuff that was wired incorrectly and fixed it on the spot. I just bought this house and the electric was a mess, and now everything is working!
Extremely reliable, friendly, professional service! Highly recommend!
How about another round of 'spot the code violation'?
Spotted this Bud Light on a job recently. Classic.
Why going with the wrong contractor can be the biggest mistake you'll ever make.
how about some IN cabinet lighting?
"Where do you want this electrical panel installed, boss? On a wall like every other panel ever installed?" "Don't be so practical, Bob. Mount it in the ceiling."
