Nice spinners but when piece is defective the will do NOTHING about it!
I love your products! I have several pots in my home and they are my absolute favorite. Unfortunately, they are relatively hard to come by in Louisville and as a consumer, I do not wish to order six or more of the same exact pot. So when we came to Charlotte, we decided to find your store! There are business hours listed and it says "garden center" so I assumed we were headed to a retail location. We went there and discovered an office building. Google has a different address and says it is a landscape supply store, so we went there too, but you aren't there, either! At this point we have driven all over town and I am a bit frustrated. I understand now that you don't have a retail location, but your web presence is seriously misleading. Like I said, I loooove your pots, and had hoped to get several and ship them to myself, but this was an off-putting experience to say the least.
