Emilio brings extensive green roof construction and hands-on experience to every project. His role begins immediately with bidding and project inquiries and carries through to project logistics and onsite installation. You will find him in the office but maybe most at home on a construction site, possibly driving a forklift and coordinating cranes. He has extensive experience in all sizes and types of green roofs, having designed, supervised and installed projects throughout the southeast, northeast, and western states.
We are trained and discriminating designers and installers who evaluate the requirements of a particular project, including climate and ongoing maintenance, to determine the best application and products that will meet your goals and budget. It is important to know that we do not represent or sell any particular product. There are many factors to consider during the plant selection process for a green roof and living wall system. The type and purpose, as well as the geographical area, and desired look and level of maintenance must be considered.
Commercial building owners are utilizing green roofs for a variety of reasons: in addition to conserving energy and reductions in storm water runoff, commercial green roofs offer businesses a unique way to diversify marketing and make their ventures more appealing to potential customers.
Residential structures offer many opportunities to incorporate green roofs. Homeowners enjoy a variety of benefits including extended roof life, reductions in energy costs, additional living space, improved views, and contributions to the overall health of local habitats for birds and invertebrates.
