I was incredibly impressed with the staff at Oakdale when I came recently looking for plants for my pond. Julie was very helpful and has deep knowledge about plants. She helped make an overwhelming decision process easier with her knowledge and suggestions. I also had the opportunity to interact with Victoria, who was pleasant, cheerful, and helpful as well. She graciously helped carry plants for us, and looked up answers to questions we had that she wasn't certain of.
You know it's a good company when even the non-service staff are friendly and engaging. Jeff, who was there working on the IT was also friendly, and kept the customers laughing. As good customer service unfortunately becomes more rare, it was a true delight to find a business staffed with not only friendly, but incredibly knowledgeable employees. I highly recommend Oakdale Greenhouses,

After visiting several nurseries around Charlotte I have finally found THE place I will continue to go back to time and time again. My 6-yr-old and I spent the morning there and absolutely loved it! They have an incredible selection of plants. I've not seen so many fiddle leaf figs and palms in one place. I was particularly interested in the succulents and was overwhelmed with so many to choose from. We can't wait to go back!
