Had a wonderful experience dealing with Tim Cole. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Tim answered my call immediately, and was available the next day to check out my problem. Since the job was only a minor one, he was willing to stay that evening and make the necessary repairs. The rate for service was extremely reasonable!
