They were very patient with me! I help manage a building with three apartments. First, I didn't have the lockbox with the keys ready for them and when they tried to call I hadn't realized that my phone was on silent from the night before (stupid me, I know!). So these guys had to wait for me to realize my mistake and call back which was about 25 mins. Then, when I got there one of the keys to the apartment wasn't right so they had to wait for the key to arrive. Ugh, it was a disaster and it was my fault.
So I know that these guys run a tight schedule and time is money for them. But, like I said, they were patient and professional. Which I am HUGELY GREATFUL for because we had hotel accomodations already arranged and the tenants had already made preparations. So yeah, I messed up and they were awesome. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

We kept hearing something in our attic during the day. My son was afraid at bedtime because of the noises above his room. Beau came out and found where the rodent was entering from the outside, by the air conditioner. Brantley was reasonably priced and quick. The best part.they were successful. No more rodent! Thanks.

Very professional customer service starting from the moment I called into the office. You can always tell a lot about a company by the friendly customer service right from the beginning with Barb. After having one of the expert salesmen come out to check on our termite damage I was told that we have Drywood Termites. Wasn't good news but I was very impressed by their unique system of an automated verification system that literally streamlines the whole fumigation process. I am highly impressed and would send anyone of the highly regarded Brantley employees even to my Mother's house. And that says a lot! Love you Brantley People!
