Services
Termite Control
Our termite control services utilize advanced treatments like Termidor and Vikane gas fumigation to eliminate existing infestations while preventing future damage. These solutions target both drywood and subterranean termites through non-repellent chemical technology and gas penetration. Treatments protect structural wood components while maintaining safety for occupants and the environment.
Eco-Friendly Treatments
We offer environmentally conscious pest control options including Bora Care and Orange Oil treatments. These solutions use natural mineral salts and citrus extracts to destroy termites without harmful VOCs or residual contamination. Our eco-friendly methods protect homes while minimizing environmental impact, making them ideal for sensitive areas like kitchens and children's play spaces.
Property Inspections
Our comprehensive inspections examine attics, crawl spaces, and structural components for termite activity and wood damage. Technicians identify moisture issues, plumbing leaks, and structural vulnerabilities that could attract pests. Annual inspections help maintain warranty coverage while ensuring early detection of potential infestations before significant damage occurs.
Warranty Services
We provide extended warranty programs that cover re-treatment costs for recurring termite infestations. These service plans include regular maintenance visits and priority response for warranty holders. Over 60% of our clients choose these protection plans to ensure long-term property security against wood-destroying organisms.
Fumigation
Vikane gas fumigation offers complete structure treatment for severe drywood termite infestations. This method penetrates all wooden components without leaving surface residue, eliminating the need for post-treatment cleaning. The process takes 24-48 hours and includes safety protocols to protect property contents while achieving 100% termite eradication.
