Thank you for a beautiful fountain you've installed today. I've bought several plants and trees from this company. Haven't lost one in 2 years. Great customer service! If you feel your having a problem with plants/trees all you have to do is call them for advice. I thought I was loosing 1 of 3 birch trees and all I did was call and they told me what I to do. I didn't loose the tree after all. It's healthier than ever. Again thank you Full Features!
Unless you go into the website fully, everything that pops up about theirs hours says open until 6pm. It sure was nice to show up at 5pm based on that information and get turned away only to be told we can't update some things that are listed. Following that statement, I was asked what I was needing. Why even bother asking if you're response is yeah.we're still closed.
Spent a lot of money to have a level yard and now it is more unlevel than before. 5 plants died within 2 months, suppose to have sod and got grass seed and now we have a weed patch for our back yard. Would not recommend this business.
