This is the 70th CitruSolution location and began in 2009 and is owned and operated by Cort Demmert and James Key. We really enjoy running our carpet cleaning company. CitruSolution is a professional carpet cleaning company that can clean area rugs, wool rugs, oriental rugs, and Persian rugs in your home. We use the same CitruSolution Process but we use a 12 inch orbital in place of the dirt napper. Cort was very professional, courteous and friendly and did an amazing and complete job of cleaning the carpets. He took his time and didn't seem rushed at all. The fresh citrus smell is very pleasing and the carpets dry quickly, in about two hours, since they are not soaked through with water.

We use the sameCitrusolution Processfor commercial and residential cleaning. Our process works great for offices, retail locations, hotels, apartment complexes, restaurants, property managers, churches, state facilities, government facilities and community buildings. Normal rate for commercial cleaningis $0.20 per square foot. We offer special prices based on size of cleaning, the number of repeats during the year and type of commercial business(Churches will have a special low price).

The person who performed the service was one of the owners of the company. He arrived on time, explained the process and got right to work. He was very professional, polite and pleasant. He was very organized and had everything that he needed at his disposal which made the entire process very efficient and quick. The solution that was used smelled terrific, very orangie and it left my entire home with a very pleasant citrus scent. We had a ceiling fan in the room and the furniture dried fairly quickly, maybe two to three hours.

Everyone loves their pets, but they can leave a lot of hair and body oils in the carpet. Vacuuming can remove a lot of hair but you would be surprised at how much hair is still left behind in the carpet. No amount of vacuuming can remove the body oils most dogs leave behind. Traditional carpet cleaning methods can force these things deeper into the carpet. Citrusolution uses a different method with a brush and bonnet that actually pulls the hair to the surface, which we vacuum after the carpet cleaning.
