Where to decide whether it was incompetence or greed, Id have to work in the business. My second floor is plagued by the three installations this group is responsible for. I am going to have to replace a two year old AC unit cause it should have never been paired with the coil they installed and sold the previous owner. I think I already complained about the furnace they unnecessarily sold me, which just needed its drain cleaned. Instead the new one just spilled out through to the 2nd floor (ironically their sales rep Glen was harping on the importance of good installations)

We have been using Wadsworth for years. Our first experience was when we thought we needed a new heater. Tyler Wadsworth came out. He suggested that before I buy a new heater from him, I could probably just improve my insulation. I did that and I didn't need to buy a new heater. He saved me a fortune! We have been using them ever since. Heaters and air conditions. They also do other types of work. They are the best. They are honest. Their work is first rate! Use them! By the way, quick shout out to Roberto! He just a great job servicing our air conditioner! Thanks PK Wadsworth.
