Had 3 rugs that totaled 21.6sqft, they quoted $3/ft not sqft and charged $98.00. Two rugs were the same size, but were priced differently? Disputed the bill. Even if the rugs were supposed to be charged by sqft, the price should have come up to $65.00. They were not able to explain the reasoning of the additional $30 upcharge and refused to work out the billing. On top of that, they managed to bleed the coloring of one of the rugs, but were unwilling to accept accountability for that either. I will not do business here again and do not recommend them for their math skills or quality of work.
