Cleaning of your roof, rain gutters and downspouts is a critical part of prudent and essential seasonal maintenance. Brothers Associates make sure all loose debris is removed from both flat and sloped roof areas, and that all gutters are cleaned by hand and rinsed with water. Each downspout is flushed thoroughly and checked from roof to ground level to assure proper flow. The gutters, siding and grounds are left clean and spotless, and any debris is taken off-site.

Brothers is pleased to offer the newest addition to our Extended Services Portfolio, the specialized cleaning of stained & leaded glass. The primary cleaning for stained & leaded glass windows is to simply dust the interior surface occasionally with a soft brush. When a more thorough cleaning is required a Brothers trained technician will begin the process by first cleaning the glass with a lint free chamois, the essential trade tools and a pH neutral cleaning solution. Once the glass has been cleaned it will then be polished using Unger Micro-Wipes to guarantee the highest quality finish.

Pressure washing is used for concrete surfaces such as driveways and walkways. Soft Washing is used for cleaning houses, siding and decks which require a more delicate method. Our cleaning solution is applied and after a dwell time it is rinsed off. This method has become the industry standard and is comparable to a touchless car wash. Our cleaners will safely remove mold, mildew, dirt, atmospheric pollution and other stains and restore the many surfaces that exist around your home. The exterior surfaces of your home are constantly exposed to harmful elements, both man-made and natural.

Brothers uses two methods to clean windows depending on the job and customer preference. The Traditional method "hand cleaning" utilizes soap and squeegees. The second method used is a water purification system. This is a four filter purification system that contains sediment, carbon, reverse osmosis and finally de-ionization filters. Once it is filtered this pure water attacks the dirt and grime via a "Water-fed pole". It uses soft bristles to ensure our customers' glass is well taken care of. Since our system does not use soap or chemicals the final results with pure water is a perfectly clean window with no squeegee marks or streaks.
