Dropped off 2 shirts, a pair of pants, a suit jacket, and a dress. It was supposed to be ready on Monday April 3 after 5. Showed up Tuesday morning April 4 at 10am. Only the dress was ready. Came back on Wednesday April 5. All was ready for pickup but there were blue stains on the sleeves of the white jacket. Does anybody actually do quality control? No discount was offered for it being late or the stains on the sleeves. Total cost was over $40. Once the jacket comes back on Friday after 5 (maybe), I'll never set foot in this dump again. I'll also let the Cub Scouts know to not include them on the discount card next year.
dropped an item off on tuesday at the Wingfield Springs location while being told it would be ready thursday after 5pm. Well, friday morning we stop in to get it to find out it's pushed out until Monday. Went in today to pick it up, expecting a dollar or two discount for it being delayed, but nope, nothing given. Also, the woman was having troubles with the computer and had to TYPE my credit card info in 4 times. This system doesn't seem very secure.
